We arrived Sunday evening, to find a bare shell for our booth. After pleading with the show organizers, we managed to get the "shell kit" which included panelled walls, lights, and the company name on a sign.
The show didn't start until Tuesday, so Monday we went to Monaco to install a GPS reference station. The views from the rooftop were spectacular, with downtown Monte Carlo and the Mediterranean below us. A large apartment building next door limits the visibility.
We arrived Tuesday morning wearing our new eRide polo shirts, and made the final preparations. The exhibition hall opened at 10:00.
Showtime!
After hours.
We packed up the booth Friday afternoon, and Saturday we drove up in the hills above Cannes. First we stopped in Grasse, the perfume capital of France. We had lunch in Gourdon, a small town perched on a rocky mountain. Finally, we stopped in Saint Paul de Vence, where we found a crepe shop that specializes in banana-nutella crepes.
Going home. The demo booth was packed in the three cylinders and checked with our baggage.
